Week 7: Surfing The Tsunami - MKTG 348

On this weeks episode, I mean in this weeks chapter of Surfing The Tsunami we explore the adept stage of AI. According to Todd Kelsey adepting AI means to, "get directly involved with with developing AI, by learning coding and how to work with related data". A great tool to use to adept to AI is DataRobot. They even talk about AI on their home page.

Another thing you can do to adept to AI is learn how to code. Coding seems scary, which it is, but do not get discouraged. It takes time and practice. There are many books, articles and videos out there that can teach simple code. There are evens games out there that are specifically made to teach you how to code, how cool is that.

The world of coding is huge. Honestly, I am afraid of it. But being afraid is no excuse to not get your feet wet. There are so many tools out there to help you. All you have to do is search for them on Google. I even plan on taking a class next semester that is basically coding for the extreme beginners. Yes I and scared but so what. Coding is going to play a huge roll in job applications in the future. Imagine how good it would look on your resume if you knew how to code AI. So go out there, get your get wet, make mistakes with coding and learn from them.
